Meeting at Boys Club Monday 9th

Just wanted to say it was great to meet everyone at the meeting on Monday eve. Nik, the Youth Councillor with me thought it was great to find out so much was going on for the festival and for young people. He is going to find out more about how to get u guys into assemblies - when do you think you could have a promotional DVD ready by?

Thanks Joy people for letting the Youth Councillors have their day on Aug 11th - they are busy looking at all sorts of bands for the evening and we already have the funding and commitment for six workshops as mentioned - just need to sort out who is going where - so will contact Hilary and go and have a proper look round the boys club.

Will try to get the other youth councillors to join up to the forum!
